Randall Ziman

Randall Ziman has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to product design, UX consulting, and operations management. Randall is currently working as a Product Designer at Humankind since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Consultant at Zi-Tech Solutions from December 2020. From May 2018 to November 2020, they served as a Product Insights Manager & UX Designer at FormAssembly, where they researched, designed, and supported UX improvements for a B2B SaaS application. Randall was also responsible for creating and leading the Product Insights team. Before that, they worked as a UX Designer at Starz from February 2017 to February 2018, where they designed products and features for multiple applications and played a key role in creating a UX vision for new products. Randall also worked as a UX/UI Designer at BreakAway Games from June 2016 to January 2017, providing UX consulting and interface design for a military research prototype. Prior to their career in design, they served as an Operations Manager for Youth Enrichment Services at the Y of Central Maryland from September 2010 to September 2015, where they designed and launched enrichment services for children and families. Randall also worked as a Teacher at Baltimore City Schools from August 2009 to May 2010, teaching 7th grade.

Randall Ziman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Interactive Design and Information Architecture at the University of Baltimore from 2015 to 2017.
