Vanessa Chesnut

Vanessa Chesnut has been working in the tech industry since 2018. Vanessa started as the CEO of BallotBox in 2018, and then was an NBC News Intern in the same year. In 2019, they were a Graphic Web Design/Graphic Design at New York University and a 5G University Fellow at Verizon Labs, where they were the winner of the 5G Retail Prototyping Challenge. In 2020, they were a User Experience Designer at Genade Inc. and a User Experience Intern at Humanly (humanly.io). Currently, they are a Lead Product Designer and Product Lead - Humanly Voice at Humanly (humanly.io).

Vanessa Chesnut attended New York University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Vanessa also attended General Assembly in 2019, where they completed a Javascript Development | Front-End course. In 2019, Vanessa returned to New York University to pursue a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications Program, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
