Job description

We are GROWING here at HumanN, and we are looking for an awesome Director of Brand Media to join the team! This position will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive media buying strategy that leverages both linear television and streaming platforms to maximize reach and drive omni-channel revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product go-to-market strategies for linear television networks and streaming platforms, aligned with Humann's overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Partner with our media agencies to secure optimal media placements across various linear television networks and streaming platforms, negotiating the best rates and terms.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets by analyzing campaign performance against targets
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize buying strategies.
  • Establish regular communication to the Leadership Team about TV performance, bringing clear analysis, insights, opportunities and trends for continued growth
  • Manage monthly advertising spend in the millions with significant annual budgets
  • Maintain agency relationships by setting goals, providing performance feedback, and managing budgets
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in linear and streaming television advertising, identifying new opportunities for reaching target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams on creative testing strategies and creative development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying for television advertising, with a proven track record of success in both linear and streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the television advertising landscape, including linear networks, streaming services, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A passion for HumanN's mission and the health and wellness industry (preferred).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

  • Experience with Amazon Streaming TV media buying and measurement

  • Knowledge of the dietary supplement industry (preferred)

  • Experience with MMM measurement
