Rafael Repiso Gómez

Rafael Repiso Gómez has been working in the field since 2003. Rafael began their career as Systems & Process Director at AIRTIFICIAL. In 2011, they moved to Carbures, where they held the roles of SAP Implementation Project Manager, General Manager Plan3, and Subdirector. In addition, they were responsible for developing the business plan for the transport and composite materials sectors, and managing relationships with clients in the aerospace and carbon fiber industries. In 2021, they joined HUMANOX as Director of Operations and in 2003 they joined easy industrial solutions as Director of Operations and Director of Management Systems. During their time at Carbures, they achieved cost reductions of up to 25%, lead time reductions of up to 50%, margin increases of up to 20%, and inventory rotations of up to 35%.

Rafael Repiso Gómez obtained their degree in Ingeniero Químico from Universidad de Cádiz in 2002. Rafael then completed a Máster en Organización e Ingeniería de la Producción y Dirección de Plantas Industriales from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña y el Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid in 2013. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Transformación Digital: Tecnologías y sus aplicaciones prácticas from MIT Professional Education. Additionally, in 2008, they obtained a certification in Inspector de materiales aeronáuticos from Airbus Group.
