Michele Varon

Michele Varon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Michele began their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Xerox in 2007. Michele then joined Xerox as a Sales Executive in 2008 and gradually took on increasing responsibilities, eventually becoming a Sales Manager. At Xerox, Michele was also a Strategic Transformation Manager, responsible for project managing growth and business transformation initiatives. In 2018, they joined Humanscale as a District Manager, where they had management responsibility for a team of sales professionals. Michele was later promoted to Regional Manager and finally served as a Sales Director. Throughout their career, Michele demonstrated their ability to meet and exceed targets, build strong client relationships, and drive profitable growth.

Michele Varon attended Boston College from 2004 to 2008. During their time there, they pursued a major in Human Development and a minor in Organizational Studies/Human Resource Management.
