Denis Novak

Denis Novak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Group Funding at humm group since 2022. Prior to this, Denis founded DN Consulting in 2018 and held the position of Principal, assisting financial service organizations with equity funding, lending criteria, risk frameworks, and more.

In addition, Denis has worked as the Debt and Equity Lead at 1derful in 2021, Capital Management and Equity Raising at Judo Capital from 2019 to 2020, and Head of Securitisation Oversight at National Australia Bank (NAB) from 2015 to 2018. At NAB, they also held roles such as Head of Business Risk Oversight and Director/Associate Director of Securitisation, managing diverse securitisation transactions and regulatory compliance.

Denis has a strong background in risk management, securitisation, and regulatory compliance, as demonstrated by their extensive experience at NAB, where they worked from 2004 to 2018.

Denis Novak completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Business Administration and Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School between the years 2001 and 2004. Apart from this, they also pursued a Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment in Finance and Investment from FINSIA and a Commerce Degree in Accounting and Economics from La Trobe University.
