Rick Webb

Rick Webb has extensive work experience in operations and arrears management. Rick is currently the Head of Operations at Humm Group since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Flexi Cards as an Arrears Management Manager, leading the Customer Support Services department and rehabilitating customers in arrears. Rick worked at Flexi Cards from January 2015 to September 2022. Before Flexi Cards, Rick was the Recoveries Manager at Banque PSA Finance, where they managed the collection process for Peugeot & Citroen Finance and handled various aspects such as early arrears, late arrears, asset recovery, and smooth handover to litigation. Rick worked at Banque PSA Finance from December 2004 to October 2014.

Rick Webb completed their A Levels at Bishop's Stortford College from 1984 to 1993. Rick then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business at Aston University from 1993 to 1997.
