Josefine Bjørnholm has a diverse work experience across different industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at Danmarks Nationalbank, where they maintained and updated the department's database and conducted research tasks using tools such as VBA, SQL, Microsoft Query, Python, and SAS. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Teaching Assistant at Københavns Universitet, where they assisted in teaching Macroeconomics I and II.

In 2019, they worked as a Student Assistant at Institut for Menneskerettigheder, participating in data collection and report development on gender equity in Denmark. Josefine gained knowledge in survey data and Danish register data using STATA.

In 2020, they served as a Teaching Assistant for Social Data Science at Københavns Universitet. Josefine also worked as a Research Assistant at Aarhus Universitet from October 2020 to August 2021.

Josefine Bjørnholm completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2014 to 2017. Josefine then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at UNSW in 2018. In the same year, they also enrolled in Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen for a Kandidatgrad in Økonomi, which they completed in 2020.
