Isabella Manghi

Isabella Manghi is a software engineer currently working at Aon since March 2024, having previously held the same title at Humn from January 2022 to February 2024, before its acquisition by Aon. Isabella's earlier experience includes a role at Curve from June 2019 to December 2021 as a Level 2 backend Go engineer in the DevEx team, where notable projects involved ConfigMap migration, observability and tracing, and standardizing Cookiecutter. Prior to that, roles included Security Analyst focusing on cyber risk management, Contracted Research Associate for a cyber risk project, Junior IT Risk Analyst developing insider threat programs, and policy-related internships with the European Commission and Plaid Cymru. Isabella holds a Master of Public Administration from UCL and a BScEcon in International Relations and Politics from Cardiff University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Sciences Po in Political Science and Government.
