Joe Baker is an experienced Electrical Service Specialist in Technical Business Development at Humphrey & Associates, Inc., where since October 1997, Joe has developed programs for electrical predictive and preventive maintenance solutions and provided engineered solutions for power system studies and arc flash hazard assessments. With a specialization in addressing over duty-rated and under-rated components in both antiquated and existing electrical systems, Joe combines engineering recommendations with field expertise. Joe has also held the position of Electrical Distribution Consultant, bringing over 11 years of experience as a Certified Level II Thermographer, along with qualifications as a Master Electrician and certifications in breaker testing and maintenance. Prior to joining Humphrey & Associates, Joe served as Service Manager and Service Coordinator at Amtech Lighting from 1993 to 1997, overseeing customer service, scheduling, training, and the coordination of a fleet of more than 25 technicians and service vehicles.
