Charley Quinn, MBA, PMP

Charley Quinn, MBA, PMP has extensive work experience, beginning in 2000 with Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding, where they worked as an Operations Coordinator/Planner. In 2002, they joined Tecolote Research as an EVM Manager. In 2004, they moved to Humphreys and Associates as an Engagement Manager. Charley then worked at Paragon Space Development Corporation as a Project Controls Manager from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they joined MTS - Manufacturing Technical Solutions, Inc. as an Earned Value Management SME. In 2018, they moved to CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC as a Senior Earned Value Management Specialist. Charley then worked at K2 Construction Consultants, Inc. as a Project Controls/Earned Value Management Specialist from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Raytheon Missiles & Defense as a Manager III Program Planning, and they are also a Consultant at Humphreys & Associates, Inc.

Charley Quinn obtained an MBA from the University of Baltimore in Business Administration. Additionally, they are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
