Michele Roy has held various roles in the fields of scheduling, planning, and consulting since 2004. Michele began their career as a teacher for Portsmouth City Schools and Escambia County Schools from 2004 to 2006. In 2011, they began working as a Planner/Scheduler for Ray Group International. Michele then moved to Booz Allen Hamilton in 2012 in the same role. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Scheduler at ManTech. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Planner/Scheduler at Stapleton & Associates, LLC, and also held a Scheduler role at A Square Group (ASG) during this time. In 2017, they became a Consultant at Merzier Process Group, LLC. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Project Manager and Scheduler at GovernmentCIO, and is currently a Consultant at Humphreys & Associates, Inc.
Michele Roy received their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Leo University between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the College of Central Florida between 1996 and 1998.
