Emmy van Thiel - de Nooy is an experienced educator and creative professional with a diverse background in design and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Lead of Muzus Academy and Trainer since May 2023, Emmy also teaches customer satisfaction courses at the Vastgoed Business School and serves as a lecturer and coach at Hunan Normal University. In addition, Emmy is involved as a Coach and Strategic Advisor at Delft University of Technology, guiding Master students in Contextmapping methodology. Previous roles include founding and directing The Visual Theatre and C.o.c.o.i., design management, and business coaching positions at Make Ideas Work. Emmy holds a Master's degree in Graphic Design from the Master Institute of Visual Cultures and has pursued further education in business strategy related to artificial intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management.
