Prantik Haldar started their work experience as an Industrial Trainee at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Bar Intern at The Sonnet. From 2017, Prantik joined Hunger Inc. where they held multiple roles including Bartender, Senior Bartender, Head Bartender, and currently serves as the Beverage Innovations Head. As part of their roles, they were responsible for overseeing bar operations, managing alcohol inventory, and maintaining stock.
Prantik Haldar completed their BSc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from IHM Mumbai, specializing in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Prantik studied at IHM Mumbai from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they attended Flair-o-logy Bar School & Events, where they obtained a degree in Basic Mixology & Flair, focusing on bartending. In addition to their formal education, Prantik has also earned several certifications, including Spirits & Mixology from Beverage Alcohol Resource LLC in March 2020, Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program in September 2018, Level 2 Award In Spirits from WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in May 2018, and DBA Essentials Module - India from Diageo in August 2017.
