Ruchika L.

Ruchika L. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Intern at Sunbeam for a brief period. The following year, they served as the Head of Department at the Social Responsibility Forum, where they effectively managed a team of 30 and coordinated collaborations with hospitals, self-defense organizations, and NGOs. Ruchika also handled in-house promotion and participated in events such as social marathons, blood donation camps, fundraisers, and more. In 2020, Ruchika joined IIFL Securities as a Finance and Marketing Intern. The following year, they interned at Accenture as an F&A Operations Intern. Currently, Ruchika is employed at Hunger Inc. as an Operations Coordinator, responsible for coordinating operational tasks. Starting in February 2023, they will assume the role of Operations Supervisor.

Ruchika L. began their education in 2014 at Villa Theresa High School, where they completed their 10th Grade in Maths and Science. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya and completed their 12th Grade in CBSE, focusing on subjects such as Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

In 2018, Ruchika enrolled in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a specialization in Finance, General. Ruchika completed their undergraduate studies in 2021.

Ruchika also obtained additional certifications during their educational journey. In June 2020, they completed the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. In June 2021, they earned the "Introduction to Psychology" certification from Yale University.
