Ammar Altahhan

Ammar AlTahhan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development and a focus on iOS. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at HungerStation since June 2019, Ammar has successfully led technical refactoring initiatives, improved CI/CD processes, and enhanced application security. Previously, Ammar held a Senior iOS Developer position at WhiteHelmet, where contributions included the implementation of a micro-frontends architecture and automation of deployment processes. Ammar’s background also encompasses leadership roles in educational settings, notably as a Session Lead at Udacity, where a high course graduation rate was maintained. Ammar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and a certificate in English Language and Literature from the Saudi British Centre.
