Daina Falk has an extensive work experience. Daina began their career in 2002 as an intern and assistant for the Washington Capitals. In 2003, they worked as an intern and speechwriter for Senator Orrin G Hatch, Chairman of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Senior Vice President at Pokeware, a Producer at Crossover Films, and a Talent Coordinator and Casting at Union Square Agency. In 2008, they started Daina Falk Art & Photography as a hobby-turned-job-turned-hobby. In 2010, they founded Hungry Fan, where they served as Founder and CEO, spokeswoman, TV personality and celebrity cook. In 2013, they co-founded Hungry Fan App and founded D3F Enterprises. In 2017, they became the host of Toughest Tailgate (TV Show).

Daina Falk attended The George Washington University School of Business from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a STAR EMBA in Business. Prior to that, they attended Duke University from 2001 to 2005.
