Phil Jeffs

Phil Jeffs is the Vice President of Product Management at Hungryroot. Phil has previously held the same position at Better.com and Grubhub. At Grubhub, they oversaw the e-commerce product team responsible for the consumer experience, managing a team of 20 Product Managers. Phil was responsible for revenue growth through new product development and scaled experimentation resulting in regular annual returns of +$100MM incremental revenue. Phil also oversaw customer care efficiency and CX improvements with a focus on automation and cost reduction, implementing AI-driven policy enforcement that yielded $6MM in annual cost savings. Phil is currently reporting to the CPO and working directly with the CTO and executive leadership across all functions of the business.
