Jadey Ryndak is the Executive Director of Talent Strategy at Hunt Club. Jadey has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Jadey began their career as a National Account Manager at the Chicago Tribune - Exito in 1994. In 1999, they transitioned to recruitment, first as a Recruitment Manager at Ad Pros and then as an Outplacement Consulting/Facilitator at Lee Hecht Harrison.

In 2001, Jadey joined Paladin Marketing and Creative Staffing as Managing Director. Jadey spent 18 years at Paladin, developing returnships and strategic hiring programs for enterprise-level clients across industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Beauty, CPG and Aerospace.

In 2019, Jadey joined The Mom Project as Sr. Director, Enterprise Partnerships. The Mom Project is a digital talent marketplace and community that connects professionally accomplished women with world-class companies for rewarding employment opportunities. The Mom Project is changing the way women work and redefining career structures by providing women with real work opportunities that are in balance with their personal goals. This evolution will keep more talented, professionally accomplished women in the workforce.

Jadey has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Jadey Ryndak received their BS in Journalism from The University of Kansas and their Bachelor's degree from William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Jadey is currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Psychology at National Louis University.
