Liz Chmiel

Liz Chmiel is the Executive Director of Talent Strategy at Hunt Club. Liz has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Hunt Club, Liz was the Senior Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition at Antares Capital LP. In this role, they were responsible for hiring over 300 employees across five markets. Liz has also held positions as an Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at various companies.

Liz Chmiel has a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Liz is certified in Predictive Index, a behavioral assessment tool, from THE OLIVER GROUP.
