Jessica Beierschmitt

Jessica Beierschmitt has a diverse range of work experience. Jessica started their career in 2003 in the US Navy as a PO3. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Leasing Consultant at Westdale Asset Management from 2008 to 2009. Jessica then joined RAIT Residential, where they worked as an Assistant Property Manager from 2010 to 2011, a Community Property Manager from 2011 to 2012, and a Leasing Consultant from 2009 to 2010.

In 2012, Jessica joined AMLI Residential as an Assistant Community Manager and worked there until 2015. Jessica then moved on to Kinzie Real Estate Group, where they worked in Property Management Accounting from 2015 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Jessica worked at Lincoln Property Company as an Assistant Business Manager and later as a Business Manager. Following their time at Lincoln Property Company, they joined 444 Social as an Assistant Property Manager from 2018 to 2020, and later as a Leasing and Marketing Director from 2020 until their current position.
