Andrew Perkins, CCM, is a seasoned Certified Construction Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in water/wastewater infrastructure, industrial, and heavy highway projects. Currently serving as Project Sponsor at Hunter Contracting Co. since March 2023, Andrew has held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager at Primoris Services Corporation and Project Manager positions at PCL Construction and KEAR Civil Corporation. Andrew possesses a strong track record in managing client relationships, ensuring project budgets are maintained, and delivering successful project outcomes through design-build and construction manager-at-risk contract methods. Education includes studies at Thomas Edison State College and Glendale Community College, supplemented by technical expertise gained during a tenure with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
