Rhian Prosser

Rhian Prosser is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in public sector project sponsorship and management, currently serving as Principal Project Sponsor at Transport for Wales since May 2019. With a tenure at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council from August 2005 to May 2019, Rhian held various roles including Town Centre Manager, coordinating numerous projects funded by the EU, Welsh Government, and the Heritage Lottery. Expertise includes project management (PRINCE), strategic planning, financial management, community engagement, and retail liaison, supplemented by experience in community development and research roles. Rhian holds a BSc Hons degree in Geography from Swansea University.
