Troy Hicks

Troy Hicks is a skilled technology professional with a strong background in automation and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Automation Developer at Huntington National Bank since September 2023, Troy previously worked as a Quality Engineer at UnitedHealth Group from April 2021 to May 2023 and led a Quality Assurance Team at Best Buy between November 2019 and December 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quality Analyst and Full Stack Developer at Toyota North America from March 2018 to October 2019. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Computing Systems and Technology, as well as a minor in Homeland Security, both obtained from Tulane University between 2010 and 2016.
