W. Paul Olsen

W. Paul Olsen serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Tax Credit Lending and Investment at Huntington National Bank, overseeing a team of over 25 professionals and managing a substantial investment portfolio of $3.2 billion in real estate tax credit investments and $1 billion in debt facilities. Prior to this role, Olsen was Senior Vice President at Advantage Capital, where a federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit investment platform was developed, along with investment criteria and asset management policies. Olsen gained extensive experience at U.S. Bank as Vice President and Assistant Director, establishing the LIHTC dispositions team, and also held previous roles at Kentucky Housing Corporation, PNC, and UPS, with a background in law and business from top institutions including the University of Louisville and Transylvania University.
