Stephanie Wells began their work experience in 1988 as a Senior Consultant for Wellman-Smith Associates, where they successfully acquired new business and provided accountancy staff to organizations such as Next PLC and Rolls Royce. Stephanie then moved on to New Appointments Group in 1992, where they served as a Recruitment Director, implementing and managing sales and operating strategy for 8 Kent offices. Stephanie also set up 4 of Kent's largest contact centers. Lastly, Stephanie joined Huntress Group in 2007, starting as a Branch Manager and later becoming the Associate Director of Office Support.

Stephanie Wells attended Our Lady's Convent School, where they completed their A Levels. Stephanie'sareas of study included History, English, and Business Studies.
