Charles Pribble Jr.

Charles Pribble, Jr. has an extensive work experience in the field of tax. Charles is currently the Director of Tax at Huntress, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SMS Assist, L.L.C. where they held various roles including Senior Director of Tax from March 2022 to September 2022, Tax Director from April 2019 to March 2022, and Associate Director of Tax from January 2017 to April 2019. Before joining SMS Assist, L.L.C., Charles worked at RSM US LLP as a Manager in the State and Local Tax Practice from July 2012 to December 2016. Charles began their career at Ryan as a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Tax Practice from January 2009 to July 2012.
