Ian Melven

Ian Melven is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in application security and information security strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Application Security Engineer at Huntress and advising a Stealth Mode Startup Company, Ian has previously held significant roles at HackerOne as Senior Director of Security, and at Community.com as Director of Security, where leadership and the NIST CyberSecurity Framework were pivotal. A member of the OWASP Portland Chapter's Leadership Team, including a term as Chapter Chair, Ian has a comprehensive background from various organizations, including New Relic, Mozilla Corporation, BrightRoll, and Adobe Systems. Ian holds a BA in Computer Science from Boston University.
