Theshia Smith

Theshia Smith is a seasoned water treatment professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Water Treatment Operator at Huntsville Utilities since February 2024, Theshia previously held the position of Plant Manager at ESG Operations, Inc. from November 2021 to February 2024. Prior roles include Water Treatment Operator at the City of Roswell, Georgia, and Class I Water Treatment Operator at the City of Villa Rica. Theshia's career began at ESG Operations, Inc. as a Water Treatment Operator from March 2012 to April 2019, following a stint at the City of Cornelia, where the role was also that of Water Treatment Operator.
