Phil Vetterkind

Phil Vetterkind is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in sustainable building practices. Currently serving as the Sustainability Director at Sustainable Building Solutions since July 2008, Phil has led over 100 sustainable projects nationwide, achieving numerous LEED® certifications. As the Director of Sustainability at Hunzinger Construction, a prominent construction management firm, Phil oversees sustainable construction proposals in Southeastern Wisconsin. Additionally, Phil holds the position of Alderman for District #1 in the City of Pewaukee and serves as a Senior Consultant at 4 Elements Group, offering expertise in high-performance building consulting. Phil Vetterkind holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
