Namita Pasbola is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at HurixDigital since August 2018, Namita has previously held roles including Associate Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources within the same company. Prior experience includes Chief Operations Officer at Sound Solutions India, HR Business Partner at Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd., Assistant Manager of HR at Nityo Infotech, and HR Executive at First Advantage Private Limited. Namita holds a Bernier Transaction Analysis degree in Psychology from the Institute for Counselling and Transactional Analysis and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
