Chris Haigh

Chris Haigh is an experienced consultant and educator, currently serving as the Founder and Lead Consultant at True Change Associates, LLC since November 2015. Additionally, Chris holds the position of Co-Lead Facilitator at LeaderShape, Inc. since 2007, and has been a Facilitator for Outward Bound Professional at Hurricane Island Outward Bound School since January 2007. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at Merrimack College from August 2016 to August 2021, and various leadership positions at Wentworth Institute of Technology, including Director of Diversity Programs and Associate Director of Student Leadership Programs. Chris's earlier experience includes consulting work at Chris Haigh Consulting from 2002 to 2015 and roles at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, SpeakOUT, and EXPLO. Chris earned a Master’s degree in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Colby College.
