Robert Martin has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as an HR Business Partner at Hewlett-Packard from 1994 to 2013. During this time, they provided HR support for the BPO group and implemented initiatives to promote career progression and employee retention. Robert also advised business unit leaders on various HR matters.
In 2013, Robert joined Carrier Enterprise as the Director of Human Resources, where they oversaw HR operations for five regional business units and developed strategic plans for staffing.
Robert then served as the Director of Human Resources at Heartland Payment Systems in 2015, where they focused on process improvement, culture enhancement, and employee coaching.
Robert's next position was at Cognizant as an Associate Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2023, where they maintained relationships with C-level executives, managed internal communications, and achieved a high offer acceptance rate among targeted client employees. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, P.C. since 2023.
Robert Martin attended Selma University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
