Susan Gordon

Susan Gordon has a diverse work experience in various roles related to HR and law. Susan started their career as a solicitor at Sidley Austin LLP in 1998 and then became a partner at Nabarro LLP in 1999. From 2009 to 2013, they served as an HR Director at Oriel Securities and later founded SG Employment Law in 2013. Susan then took on the role of Chief People & Legal Officer at European Tour from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they founded Clario Legal & HR and worked as an HR Consultant at Fenwick. From 2020, they became a Non-Executive Director at England Lacrosse and served as the People & Legal Director at Planet Organic Ltd from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as an HR Director at hush since April 2023.

Susan Gordon attended the University of Oxford from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Jurisprudence. Susan then went on to The University of Law from 1988 to 1989 to complete their Law Society Finals.
