Earl Bennett

Earl Bennett is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel, Vice President, and Secretary for Husqvarna since April 2009, Earl Bennett oversees legal affairs across North and South America, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiations. Prior to this role, Earl Bennett was General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Formica Corporation from July 2001 to July 2008, leading significant restructuring efforts and mergers and acquisitions. Earl Bennett began the career as a partner at Saul Ewing LLP from April 1999 to March 2001. Earl Bennett holds an A.B. in English Language and Literature from Harvard University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School.
