Steve Pease

Steve Pease is the current CEO of Hustle. Steve has also served as the COO and CFO of HYP3R, an executive leader of geo social Saas Company, from May 2018 to October 2018. Steve's main accomplishments during their time at HYP3R include creating and implementing an employee restructuring plan designed to reposition the company for scale and extend cash runway to meet critical business objectives, building a financial and business plan that delivered real visibility into company financial health and provided an essential foundation to support management decision making, conducting a full audit of all legal contracts (customer, partner, vendor, contractor, etc.), identifying risk areas and cost savings opportunities, and beginning a robust program to substantially improve contract structure and reduce company risk. In addition, they built pricing strategy and methodology for use by the sales team and completed the company Series A debt and equity raise of $17M.

Before their time at HYP3R, Steve Pease served as COO & CFO, Board Member at DataSift from March 2012 to January 2018. Steve was also a CFO/COO Consultant at Greenough Consulting Group from April 2007 to March 2012. Steve's first role was as Controller at Pets.com from January 2000 to December 2001.

Steve Pease's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Humboldt State University. Steve continued their education with executive education courses from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
