Shea Waldron

Shea Waldron is the current Vice President of Client Success at Hustle. They have also served as the Director of Development and Communications at Outdoors Empowered Network, Director of Resource Mobilisation at Akili Dada, and Communications + Project Manager at Women Win. Prior to that, they were the Field and Data Coordinator at Equality California.

Shea Waldron is a champion for outdoor youth empowerment. They have dedicated their career to working with organisations that provide opportunities for young people to connect with nature. Through their work, they have helped to seed and support programs that are structurally collaborative by design, putting resources into the hands of teachers and youth workers around the country.

Shea Waldron is a passionate advocate for social justice and equality. They have worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in the outdoors, regardless of their background or circumstances. Shea Waldron is a powerful voice for change, and their work has helped to create more inclusive and diverse outdoor spaces for all.

Shea Waldron has a bachelor's degree in politics from Whitman College and a certification from IDEO U in human-centered service design. Shea is currently a field designer for THNK School of Creative Leadership, where they focus on design thinking and leadership development.
