We are offering a salary based on experience and education along with a yearly bonus after the first year. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects with budgets ranging from $250K to $10M.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project success, managing manpower and resources effectively.
• Utilize project management software such as Accubid, PlanGrid/Procore, or similar platforms.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
