Tim O'Callaghan

Tim O'Callaghan is an experienced legal professional and industry leader with a focus on intellectual property and national brand litigation. Currently serving as Chair and Director at Hutt St Centre since July 2019, Tim has been with Piper Alderman since 1985, holding positions including National Deputy Managing Partner, Head of Adelaide Office, and IPT National Business Unit Leader. Tim also served as Deputy Chair at Defence Teaming Centre, Inc from 2007 to September 2019, contributing to the Australian Defence Industry, and was a member of the Famous and Well Known Marks Committee for the International Trademark Association from January 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, Tim was Chair of East Meets West Inc. from 2002 to 2005, advocating for young inter-country adoptees. Tim holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Melbourne and a degree from the University of Adelaide.
