Kelly Marchand-Simons

Kelly Marchand-Simons is an experienced educator with a background in physical education and special education. Currently serving as a Behavior and Social Education Teacher at Pflugerville ISD since June 2023, Kelly Marchand-Simons has also been a Resource/Inclusion Teacher at Hutto ISD since June 2019. Previous roles include teaching PE at Hutto Independent School District from November 2015 to June 2019, McDougle Elementary School from January 2006 to September 2008, and Carr Intermediate School from October 2004 to June 2005. Kelly Marchand-Simons holds a degree in Kinesiology from California State University-Fullerton, earned between 1996 and 2003.
