Gillian Woodcock

Gillian Woodcock has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gillian began their career in 1993 with Asda, where they held multiple operational roles in retail. Later, they transitioned to the HR department, working in both national logistics and head office positions. In 2013, they became a Magistrate at the Ministry of Justice UK and also served as a Director at an undisclosed company. Gillian then joined Grafton Group plc in 2018 as a People Director, overseeing HR operations in various divisions. In 2022, they moved to Huws Gray as a People Director, managing teams in multiple companies within the group. Currently, in 2023, Gillian works at the RSPB as a participant in community conservation efforts and is also a Watchkeeper at the National Coastwatch Institution.

Gillian Woodcock's education history includes pursuing a degree as a part-time student at Keele University starting in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a PG Cert in Labor and Industrial Relations at Keele University in 2016. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Oxford Brookes University and another Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stonebridge College. Additionally, Gillian has earned certifications in Women in Leadership from Cranfield School of Management in October 2021 and in various subjects such as Change Management, Counseling Advanced, Employee Relations at different levels, Environmental Awareness & Climate Change, Non Executive Directors Seminar, Positive Psychology, Project Management, and Unconscious Bias from different institutions.
