Vanessa Edwards

Vanessa Edwards has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Vanessa is currently the HR Director at Huws Gray since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at St. Modwen Homes from December 2021 to February 2023, and as a Senior People Business Partner at Autoglass from December 2020 to October 2021. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Wolseley UK in various roles, including Strategic HR Business Partner, where they successfully managed re-structuring and transformation programs. Before that, they worked at Dixons Retail as an HR Business Partner and at Lloydspharmacy in various HR and project management roles.

Vanessa Edwards attended Teesside University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the Prosci Change Practitioner from Prosci in July 2019, the NLP trainers training from Sue Knight Consulting in July 2009, and the MCIPD certification from CIPD in June 1995.
