John Maisey

John Maisey has held various roles throughout their career. John is currently serving as the Finance Director / Group Transformation Director at Huws Gray since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance Director at Buildbase from November 2018 to December 2022. John also held the position of Business Change Director at Grafton Group plc from January 2015 to October 2018. Furthermore, they served as the Deputy Managing Director at Plumbworld (Online Home Retail Ltd.) from November 2011 to December 2014. Before that, they worked at Otis Elevator Co. where they held multiple roles including UK and Ireland Operations Director from 2006 to 2011, UK and Ireland New Equipment Director from 2003 to 2006, and South West Regional Director from 2000 to 2003. Prior to their time at Otis Elevator Co., they were the Finance Director at Express Evans Limited from 1995 to 2000, and Chief Accountant at The Express Lift Company from 1992 to 1995.

John Maisey began their education at Imperial College London in 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering. John completed their studies in 1985. Shortly after, from 1985 to 1988, John attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to acquire their ACA (Chartered Accountant) qualification. In 2001, John participated in a Leadership Programme at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. John'smost recent educational pursuit began in 2020 when they enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics, which is expected to be completed by 2030.
