Prior to this role, Charlie served as the Founding Director of FutureGen Recruitment Solutions, targeting the Automotive Industry, and held several progressive positions at NES Fircroft, culminating in a Business Manager role within the Technical & Engineering Division. Early career experience includes recruitment roles at Macmillan Davies Hodes and Reed Human Resources. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Higher National Diploma from Lancaster University.
