Martha Rutherford

Martha Rutherford is an experienced consultant and leadership professional with a diverse background in talent solutions, training, and recruitment. Currently serving as Consultant NED/Chair Practice at HW Global since January 2020, Martha is integral to engaging and hiring talent for complex business challenges. Previous roles include Associate at Robertson Cooper, focusing on personal resilience and leadership training; Head of Talent at Oakleaf Partnership Limited; and Careers Consultant at Inclusivity Partners, specializing in career reinvigoration.
