Ele Mafham

Ele Mafham currently serves as the Group Head of People for HW Group, a position held since July 2022, overseeing the People function across five brands. Previously, from February 2021, Ele held the role of Group Head of People and People Operations Manager at Zebra People, focusing on internal recruitment and HR initiatives. Experience also includes Talent Acquisition Manager at Storm Creative, Head of People at The Barton Partnership and TRG Recruitment, and a strategic role in People and Talent at Orbis, where Ele contributed to significant business growth. Earlier career stages included positions at Amchara Wellness, EMAP, The Oxford Retreat, and Strada Restaurants. Ele holds a CIPD Diploma Level 5 in HR Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Oxford Brookes University.
