Alicia Pelham

Alicia practices primarily for corporate, local government, and private sector clients in the areas of property, commercial banking and finance, and contract law.

Alicia’s experience in property law includes commercial and residential property acquisitions and sales, due diligence on acquisitions, property development (subdivisions and strata titling), and plan amendments.

In the commercial area, Alicia is experienced in business and asset acquisitions and sales, due diligence, loans and securities, registration and advice, leasing and licensing arrangements (including the Code of Practice for Retail Tenancies in Tasmania), and service provision arrangements. She also works with a number of banks to prepare and register security documentation and mortgage sale matters.

Alicia also has experience in the preparation of estate planning documentation and advising on aged care residency agreements (both respite and permanent care).
