Scott La Rocca

Scott La Rocca is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in trade marks. Since joining HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in June 2015 as Special Counsel, Scott has managed the trade marks practice for the Melbourne office, providing expertise in trade mark searches, applications, and disputes. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Anisimoff Legal from March 2004 to August 2014, starting as a promotions assistant/paralegal before becoming a Lawyer managing the trade marks practice and advising on various advertising and marketing law issues. Scott's educational background includes a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University, with a major in Linguistics, and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Mill Park Secondary College.
