Kenza El Khadir has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Sales, Merchandising, and Stock Management at Hollister Co. in 2013. Kenza then moved on to a Knowledge Base Management role at Groupe PSA in 2016, followed by a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Internship at LafargeHolcim in 2017. Kenza then took on a Junior Marketing Product Manager role at Total Fleet in 2017, before becoming a Freelance for StaffMe in 2018. In 2019, they became a Customer Experience Consultant at SQLI, and then Head of Marketing at Hxperience, where they were responsible for creating campaigns, implementing and managing CRM, targeting new markets, creating content, managing the website, organizing webinars and salons, and collaborating with agencies for SEM and SMO. In 2022, they became an Associate at Time for the Planet, an enterprise with a mission to gather 1 billion euros to deploy 100 innovations to combat climate change.

Kenza El Khadir began their educational journey in 2012 when they earned their Licence in Economie et Management from Université Côte d'Azur. In 2016, they completed a Master 1 exchange at North Carolina State University. Finally, they obtained their Master in Management - Programme Grande Ecole with a specialization in Connected Marketing and Business Development from SKEMA Business School in 2018.
