Kenneth R. has extensive experience in compliance and advisory services related to anti-bribery and corruption. Kenneth currently works as the Director of Global Third Party Compliance at Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Global Third Party Compliance/Due Diligence at Zimmer Biomet. Kenneth also worked at PwC as a Director of Advisory Services and Senior Manager of Advisory Services, where they focused on forensics, intelligence, anti-corruption compliance, and due diligence. Earlier in their career, Kenneth held roles at Citi as an Officer/Vice President of Global Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance and at Kroll as a Senior Analyst in intelligence, investigations, and due diligence.

Kenneth R. holds an M.A. degree in Latin American Politics from Florida International University. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree in Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kenneth has also obtained certifications including a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and a Leadership Beyond Management certification from the Wisconsin School of Business, both obtained in March 2022.
